Every delivery man's cylinders, cash and commission, settled daily

Most cash shortages in a gas agency start on a delivery round. DeskGas records what each delivery man took, delivered and brought back, and what he owes, so the evening settlement takes minutes and the month-end commission is already worked out.

The daily delivery grid

One row per delivery man, one column per cylinder product. Enter how many he delivered, how many of those were non-DAC and to whom, and any free cylinders. The godown counter has its own row.

Commission your way

  • A rate per cylinder for each product, for example ₹18 on 14.2 kg and ₹10 on 5 kg (your own rates, not ours)
  • A different rate, or none, for godown pickups
  • An optional fixed monthly amount per man
  • Rates with an effective date, so a change from the 1st does not rewrite last month

Cash and UPI per man

Each man's expected cash is his deliveries at today's price, less UPI and online-paid bookings. What he hands over is set against it, and any shortage stays against his name until it is recovered.

Payroll when you need it

The Payroll & HR add-on adds attendance, monthly pay runs, payslips, and advance and shortage deductions, for delivery men and office staff alike.

Questions distributors ask

Can a delivery man see his own figures?

Not yet. Delivery men do not log in to DeskGas today; the office enters their figures. A delivery-man app is planned.

Does it count non-DAC deliveries per man?

Yes. Non-DAC deliveries are entered per man with the recipient category, so you can see who is pushing the agency towards its limit.

Can I print the monthly commission sheet?

Yes, per man and for the whole agency, with the DeskGas logo and your agency name.
