Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to DeskGas subscriptions, add-ons and SMS credits sold by Qlooto Technologies, a sole proprietorship of Vaibhav Bhati, House No. 45, B Block, Sector P-3, Phase 3, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201310 (GSTIN 09AJPPB7916C3Z5). It forms part of the Terms of Service.

2. Free trial

The free trial lets you use every feature before paying. It costs nothing, needs no card, and nothing is charged when it ends. Because you can fully evaluate DeskGas during the trial, paid subscriptions are not refundable except as set out below.

3. No automatic charges

We do not auto-debit. A subscription starts and renews only when you pay an invoice. If you do not renew, the account keeps working for 7 days after the paid period ends and then becomes read-only; your data is kept as described in the Privacy and Data Protection Policy.

4. Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time by writing to support@deskgas.com or simply by not renewing.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. The account works until then. There is no refund for the remaining part of a paid period, or for add-ons removed during a period.

5. When we refund

• Duplicate or mistaken payments (for example paying the same invoice twice): refunded in full.
• If we end your subscription without cause on 30 days' notice, or remove a core paid feature, or are unable to provide DeskGas for reasons within our control for a continuous period of more than 15 days: the unused part of the fees for that period, in proportion.
• Where the law requires a refund.
• No refund is made for: change of mind; not using DeskGas; partial use; suspension or closure for breach of the Terms; delay or failure caused by your data, your staff, your devices or internet, third-party services or events beyond our control; SMS credits already used; or bank, gateway or currency charges.

6. How to ask and how it is paid

• Write to support@deskgas.com within 30 days of the payment with your invoice number and reason.
• Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of approval, as Razorpay and the banks allow. We issue a GST credit note for the refunded amount.

7. Delivery of the service

DeskGas is an online service. Access is given immediately on sign-up and on receipt of payment. Nothing is shipped.

8. Disputes

Billing disputes are handled under the Terms of Service: first by writing to us, then by arbitration seated at Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Budh Nagar.
